ABC/Adam Taylor(NEW YORK) — Michael Strahan will make his big-screen debut alongside Channing Tatum in next year’s Magic Mike XXL, and the experience on set was somewhat scarring for the talk show host.
When Tatum, 34, made an appearance on his talk show, Live with Kelly and Michael, Strahan admitted he was nervous.
“I had a little post-traumatic stress disorder when he came out,” Strahan said with a laugh. “When he came out, I started sweating. He’s seen me do unmentionable things.”
Despite his experience with the genre, filming the stripper movie had a profound effect on Tatum, too. Upon sitting down, he had one question for Strahan: “What was the first thing you ate after it [the filming] was all over?”
“I was good for a while,” Strahan, 42, replied, adding that he still tries to eat clean, most of the time. “But the first thing, a burger. A burger. I had a good burger, man.”
